API Reference

Every model evaluated by spora [bench] is wrapped in a subclass of SporaModelWrapper. The pipelines call only the methods listed below; methods a model does not implement raise NotImplementedError, and the corresponding benchmarks cannot be run for it. See Add New Models for how to add a model.

Types such as MultiplexImagingDataset, MultiplexTissue, and CellMask come from spora [io]; see its API reference.
